Who we are

I’m Eda, a lover of all things craft, cosy and colourful, based in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

I make custom and one-of-a-kind embroideries that can be treasured for years to come.

Craft is in my DNA. It all started in the 1990s growing up in Michigan, where my beloved grandma Sally taught me how to sew. My love for craft grew from there—knitting, drawing, embroidery, paper quilling, you name it.

I still remember going to the fabric store with my grandma to pick out fabric for my first quilt. To me, it was better than any toy store. It didn’t matter if the colours and patterns didn’t match, or you had to rip out some stitches and start again—it was all part of the magic. The hours my grandma spent teaching me and working on that quilt showed me the true meaning of what it feels like to be wrapped up in someone’s love.

After moving to the UK in 2019, I’ve been lucky enough to work in this city’s incredible creative industry, getting to know some unbelievably talented designers and makers who have given me the confidence to share my work with others.
